The twelfth episode of the SBS drama "Dr. Romantic" started with the story of a patient who was beaten by a group and had to undergo surgery.

This patient died and the military personnel were busy covering it up so they forged his cause of death, making the family grateful to them.

The patient's friend, Hwang Chan-sung revealed in front of everyone that his friend was "beaten to death".
