[Spoiler] "Dummy Mommy" Ahn Seo-hyun finds out about Kim Hyun-joo's short life

SBS weekend drama "Dummy Mommy" showed Park Dat-byeol (Ahn Seo-hyun) finding out about Kim Yeong-joo's (Kim Hyun-joo) terminal illness.

Kim Yeong-joo met with Park Jeong-do (Kim Tae-woo) and argued. He showed her Park Dat-byeol's departure ticket and told her she needed time to adjust to her surroundings before she got admitted to Stanford University.

Kim Yeong-joo was taken aback and said, "I think I need to release some pressure here. I am going to give her everything I haven't done for her. I won't raise her like a toy like you".

Park Jeong-do laughed at her maternal instinct. He criticized, "Just live as a well-off working mom. Why are you over doing this? Did you get told you'll die soon?"

Kim Yeong-joo replied, "Yes that's true. I won't be able to live more than 3 months so every minute every second is precious to me". Park Jeong-do didn't seem to believe her.

Park Dat-byeol appeared then and realized her mother's seriousness. She even stepped back from Park Jeong-do and didn't go into his arms.

Park Dat-byeol later discovered papers in her parents' room and found out the truth about Kim Yeong-joo's illness and cried.

Kim Yeong-joo put her name up on the list for patients waiting for a heart transplant and called her daughter up for a day together. Park Dat-byeol cried hard on the phone saying she knew what she was going to say.
