[Spoiler] "Familiar Wife" Ji Sung Travels Back in Time After Deciding to Divorce

On the first episode of "Familiar Wife", Ji Sung decided to divroce Han Ji-min who had changed a lot since they married. Ji Sung coincidentally travelled back to 2006.

Cha Joo-hyeok (Ji Sung) decided to get married to Seo Woo-jin (Han Ji-min) when Lee Hye-won (Kang Han-na), who he loved when he was in university, appeared.

On the way to Incheon International Airport, Joo-hyeok tries to answer Woo-jin's call and gets into an accident. He fell unconscious right after looking at the word 'wife' on his smart phone.

Joo-hyeok and Woo-jin couldn't sleep due to a crying baby. Joo-hyeok overslept and was late for work and was yelled at by his superior. Cha Bong-hee (Son Jong-hak) saved Cha Joo-hyeok, but then he met a difficult client. Joo-hyeok headed to Incheon International Airport to cover up the mess made by Kim Hwan (Cha Hak-yeon), a rookie.

Woo-jin who works at a skin care facility, had to pick up her child from daycare, but she had a big group of customers so she called Joo-hyeok whodidn't pick up because he was in an accident. Not knowing this, she was angry at him. She threw a crab leg at him and he ducked.

Joo-hyeok decided to divorce Woo-jin who had become so different. He said, "it's like I'm sleeping with a monster, I don't even remember when she last cooked for me". His biggest problem was her disability in controlling her anger. She'd cussed at Joo-hyeok for disappearing while they were waiting in line at the supermarket.

Joo-hyeok ran into an old school friend while working and had dinner. Hye-won told him she'd liked him and he was shocked that he did, too. He'd had a crush on her for a long time. Joo-hyeok was just a poor student, but he got the autograph of her favorite cellist. Hye-won suggested they watched a performance together and Joo-hyeok was happy.

Joo-hyeok was late because Woo-jin had been harassed by a pervert on the bus. However, the show had already started and he waited for Hye-won until the show was over. Hye-won was disappointed in him. Woo-jin suggested he gave her lessons and he refused. At the same time, Woo-jin's father passed away suddenly and Joo-hyeok stayed with her throughout the funeral.

Joo-hyeok came home one night late after a work dinner. Woo-jin scolded him while he was throwing up and kicked him out of the bedroom. Joo-hyeok slept in the bathroom and regretted getting married to Woo-jin.

Joo-hyeok happened to help a madman on the subway. Then on the way back from a colleague's mother's funeral, he used a toll gate that used coins and threw the 500 won that the madman gave him. Suddenly his car accelerated and he was in 2006.
