"IRIS 2" Oh Yeon-soo tried to smuggle some nukes for the American army but was caught by Lee Da-hae.

Choe Min (Oh Yeon-soo) had a secret meeting with the American Army when she had four out of the five nuclear weapons that were developed during the Fourth Republic.
Choe Min had tried to hand them over to the Americans as President Ha Seung-jin (Cho Seong-ha) wanted to make Korea a nuclear power state but she was anti-nuclear.
Soo-yeon (Lee Da-hae) found out what she was going to do, then reported to Cheol-hwan (Kim Il-woo). He ordered for her arrest.
Soo-yeon went after Choe Min and stopped her at gun point and Kang Cheol-hwan appeared and questioned her nationality. "You've just become a traitor". The president ordered her to return to the Pentagon.
