Ahn Jae-wook confirmed his friendship with Lee Pil-mo.

On the latest episode of MBC drama "Lights and Shadows", aired on January 9th, Kang Ki-tae (Ahn Jae-wook) met up with Cha Soo-hyeok (Lee Pil-mo) and hoped that he wouldn't betray him, as he didn't want to lose him as well.

Ki-tae decided to take revenge against Jo Myeong-gook (Lee Jong-won), whom he found out was the cause of his family's ruin.

Ki-tae met with Soo-hyeok and wanted to hear the truth as a friend. Soo-hyeok was worried about Ki-tae and his financial hardships as he handed over some money and said he would find him a job as well.

Ki-tae wanted Soo-hyeok to remain as a real friend and stay not just for the money. He asked, "You are my friend right? I don't want to lose you".

Meanwhile, Jang Cheol-hwan (Jun Kwang-ryul) found interest in Lee Jeong-hye (Nam Sang-mi) and offered her a deal but she didn't take it.
