On the final episode of the MBC drama "Top Team", Park Tae-sin (kwon Sang-woo) suggested to Han Seung-jae (Ju Ji-hoon) that they should gather all the original members of the Top Team together once again.

Seo Joo-yeong (Jung Ryeo-won) got the team together and Park Tae-sin suggested getting financial help from outside. Seo Joo-yeong added, "Let's start with the research funds we all have and think about government support later".

Park Tae-sin added that he will get in contact with the American Mason Medical Center and MOU. This way, the Top Team started discussing possibilities of standing up its own without the help of outsiders.

Han Seung-jae became the director of the hospital and made them an important part of the hospital by getting them Top Team together.

The Top Team was restored and everyone discussed about the condition of a patient. They were about to go into operation which was to be observed by supporters.

All the members of the Top Team entered the surgical room. They introduced themselves to all the people watching them. They started the operation and ended happily.
