On the fifteenth episode of the MBC drama "Miss Korea", Oh Ji-yeong (Lee Yeon-hee) became queen.

The organizers of the event chose decided to pick someone the public would like. They agreed to give points to a natural beauty because education and specifications made them too perfect for the public to like. They all agreed to choose a winner that felt like 'the girl next door'. Times like IMF called for a more friendly character.

Oh Ji-yeong was shortlisted to 7 women. Sin Seon-yeo (Ha Yeon-joo) was called first and was Miss Korea of Cosmetics and Choi Soo-yeon (Park Gook-seon) cried when her name was called for third runner-up.

It was Oh Ji-yeong and Kim Jae-hee (Ko Sung-hee). The name called would be the first runner-up or, Miss Korea and the other would come in second.

It was Oh Ji-yeong whose name was called. She beat Kim Jae-hee and became Miss Korea. Kim Hyeong-joon wasn't there at the event but saw everything of a TV on the street.
