Lee Sang-woo was in shock after learning that Soo Ae has Alzheimer's.

On the fourth episode of the SBS drama "A Thousand Days' Promise", Jae-min (Lee Sang-woo) heard from Moon-gwon (Park Yoo-hwan) that Seo-yeon (Soo Ae) has Alzheimer's.

Previously, Moon-gwon saw a strange note in Seo-yeon's room when he went in to get the car keys to go somewhere.

Written on it were additions and subtractions, words and other things that didn't make sense so he didn't think much about it but discovered pills that led him to discover that his sister had Alzheimer's.

In shock, Moon-gown didn't know what to do and went to find Jae-min, whom she trusted. He told him, "There's something going on with my sister".

Later, Jae-min ran into Seo-yeon coming out of her house. He couldn't believe how someone with such a bright smile could have Alzheimer's, and stared at her back as if he didn't believe it.
