The 6th episode of KBS 'The Eccentric Daughter-in-Law' showed that Choon-ja (Go Doo-shim) was upset because Inyeong ('Kim Dasom') and Myeong-seok (Ryu Soo-young) were getting close.

Something got into Inyeong's while she was grabbing some kimchi out of a pot. Myeong-seok saw this and tried to blow it out of her eye. Inyeong told him, "Your mother is feeling under the weather. Step away from me". Myeong-seok insisted that there's something in her eye and he would keep trying until it's out of her eye.
When Choon-ja saw this, she was really upset. She told Inyeong, "Ugly, stay away from my son. Why are you flirting with my son" Inyeong announced, "I have a boyfriend. I love him so much. Because I'm an entertainer, I've been keeping it as a secret". Myeong-seok was disappointed with the new information. He went into his room and solved math questions alone while he was being angry.
