On the episode of SBS drama "The Great Seer" on the 24th, Banya had to watch her son King Woo (Lee Tae-ri) die in front of her.
Lee Seong-gye (Ji Jin-hee) executed the reforming of democracy according to Jeong Do-jeon, to weaken the powers of those influential families, who send Lee Seong-gye to the Ming Dynasty as an envoy.
While the air is tense around the two powers, Ji-sang (Ji Sung) decided to use the son of the woman he once loved to strongly stand against the families.
King Woo was framed for a conspiracy and was about to be poisoned.
Banya was watching him in tears from far away and her heart tore when he looked at her one last time before drinking the poison with shaking hands.
Soon, King Woo saw the last with his eyes open in resentment.
Banya decided on revenge and framed Ji-sang's lover Hae-in (Kim So-yeon) as a co-conspirator.
Meanwhile, Hae-in was shocked at Ji-sang for sacrificing King Woo for the reason that it was for the people and they had to part their ways.
