On the forty-eighth episode of the KBS 2TV drama "Very Good Times", Cha Hae-won (Kim Hee-sun) struggled to be the lady of the big family.
Kang Dong-seok (Lee Seo-jin) knew that his mother Jang So-sim's (Youn Yuh-jung) decision to divorce Kang Tae-sup (Kim Young-chul-I) was sacrifice for the sake of her family's happiness and pushed her to get divorced.
Kang Dong-seok tried to send Jang So-sim to Ha Yeong-choon's (Choi Hwa-jung) but the other family stopped her. Amongst Jang So-sim's luggage were certificates of merit and other things that held memories of her and her children.
Cha Hae-won told her husband Kang Dong-seok, "Tell her that you want her to stay more than anyone else". Then she told Jang So-sim, "Tell him you have no other choice and that you're sorry". Jang So-sim told Kang Dong-seok that she was going to tell him a long story.
A month later, Cha Hae-won was the lady of the house. She told Kang Dong-hee (Ok Taecyeon), "Stop giving me much work and get married".
This suggested Jang So-sim's empty space. The episode ended without showing where Jang So-sim and Kang Tae-sup were.
