Sulli of f(x) Ditches College for New Album

Sulli of the popular girl band f(x) has apparently given up her plans to go to university. The 19-year-old, who recently appeared on an SBS TV soap, says she wants to focus on her next album.

Bae Suzy of miss A also recently announced that she will be skipping college this year to focus on her activities as a singer and actress.

Earlier, singer Lee Ji-eun said she would postpone her plans to go to university as she is busy focusing all of her efforts on building her singing career.

The decisions have created a stir in Korea, where education is highly prized and competition for places at top universities is fierce.
