Sung Hyun-ah cries at the third trial for the prostitution case

Actress Sung Hyun-ah pleaded not guilty at the third trial.

The third trial was held on the 16th at the Suwon District Court. The department of justice claimed they will finalize her sentence this day.

The trial took place in private for 20 minutes. Apparently Sung Hyun-ah pleaded not guilty. She quickly left the court afterwards.

Sung Hyun-ah was indicted for prostitution in December last year. She was charged with having intercourse with a businessman 3 times within the period of February and March of 2010 for the amount of 50 million won.

She applied for a trial in May but the department of justice ruled her guilty and charged her with a fine of 2 million won. Sung Hyun-ah protested and submitted a petition of appeal.
