This year's opening movie is So Ji-sub and Han Hyo-joo's movie "Always" and the closing is a Japanese movie called "My Mother's Chronicle" based on an original charity novel written by Yasushi Inoue. The 16th BIFF will take place for 9 days until the 14th in Haeundae and Nampodong and 307 movies from 70 countries will be showed in the movie hall as well as 5 other screening locations.
