Teen Duo Makes Billboard's List of Hottest Young Talent

Akdong Musician, who won the SBS TV audition program "K-pop Star" in 2013, landed a spot on Billboard's "21 Under 21: Music's Hottest Young Stars" list an annual ranking of the world's most powerful musicians under the age of 21.

The teen duo, consisting of singer-songwriter Lee Chan-hyuk and his younger sister Su-hyun, are the only Asian singers on this year's list.

"There's a ton of potential on this list -- these 21 artists have already accomplished a great deal, but are safe bets to continue finding success as they edge toward adulthood", wrote the Billboard.

Some of the big names that made it on this year's list include, Justin Bieber, Meghan Trainor and Cody Simpson.

Lee Hi, who also rose to stardom after finishing second in the show in 2012, was the only Asian singer to be on the list last year.
