Teen Singer Lee Ji-eun Earns W6 Billion in Online Sales Alone

Teenage singing sensation Lee Ji-eun sold W6 billion worth of songs on the Internet alone in the first three months of this year (US$1=W1,086).
Her agency Loen Entertainment said a tremendous amount of downloads were generated after a song from the mini album "Real" and another song used in the TV drama "Dream High" became hits.
"We'll have to wait until all of the calculations are done, but we project around W6 billion in sales", it said. The sales are the highest for any Korean singer during that time frame. Lee Ji-eun debuted just two years ago.
