"The Face Reader" appeals for injunction

The production company for "The Face Reader" applied for production and restriction of broadcasting injunction against KBS and KBS Media.

Jupiter Films requested an injunction for the violation of copyrights and an unfair act of competition against KBS and KBS Media.

According to Jupiter, the negotiation with KBS and KBS Media fell through in 2012. Therefore, the fact that a drama of the same outline is being produced is a violation of copyright and a serious one.

KBS claimed it will respond as soon it knows what it's dealing with. "The Face Reader" is about the recovery of King Gwang-hae through the study of face reading.
