Actor Park Sang-min, who is suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol, has been put on trial.

According to the police on the 26th, the Anyang branch of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office indicted Park Sang-min without detention late last month on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking and driving).
Park Sang-min is accused of driving on the road in Gwacheon City, Gyeonggi Province, while drunk at around 8 AM on May 19th.
He fell asleep in an alley before returning home and was caught by police who were dispatched after receiving a witness report.
At that time, Park Sang-min's blood alcohol level was found to be at the level of revocation of his license.
It is known that Park Sang-min drank spirits with his acquaintances at a bar in Gwacheon until dawn on the same day.
In the past, Park Sang-min had been punished for drunk driving several times. In February 2011, he was caught driving his junior's car at the blood alcohol level of his driver's license suspension in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. In August 1997, he was also caught by police for a DUI contact accident in Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Park Sang-min, who debuted in the 1990 film "The General's Son" and rose to stardom, has appeared in several movies and dramas since then.
