The late Jang Ja-yeon's former president, seized of possessions

The court of law seized part of the late Jang Ja-yeon's former president's possessions.

According to the court on the 14th, Jang Ja-yeon's grandmothers, brothers and sisters and 4 others pleaded for the freezing of Kim's possessions.

The family sued Kim, who was charged with forcing the deceased with entertaining guests and assault, 160 million won for compensation. They also requested his assets to be frozen until the results came out.

Kim then rejected the seizing but was dismissed. Later, with no rejection from Kim and the bereaved family, an amount of 30 million won was preserved.

The justice department said, "The charges of assault and threat to his former actress has been accepted and even thought he claims he had nothing to do with her suicide, threat and assault alone gives him the responsibility to compensate".
