OCN made an official statement on the 8th saying, "We have used the silhouette of our late president Roh Moo-hyun as a 'HIM' in the fourth episode of the drama "The Player" on the 7th. We did not realize whose it was an aired it on television. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience we have caused".

It added, "We plan on deleting the scene from the drama including those on VOD services and replays. We will accept all disciplinary actions and make sure nothing like this happens again".

On the episode of "The Player" on the 7th, the silhouette of an unnamed culprit was called 'HIM' but the silhouette happened to be that of the late president Roh Moo-hyun. The said silhouette was used as an insult to the deceased by an extremist site. Criticism is stronger because the silhouette was used to name a criminal in the drama.
