"The Target" to be released on April 30

Actor Ryu Seung-ryong's title role movie "The Target" has been confirmed to be released on April 30.

"The Target" is about a man named Yeo-hoon (Ryu Seung-ryong) who is involved with a murder case and another named Tae-joon (Lee Jin-uk) who joins hands with him to save his wife. They go on a 36-hour chase with a detective who is motivated to capture them.

In the stills revealed on the 11th, Yeo-hoon is intensely alert as he is being chased. Ryu Seung-ryong doesn't look submissive at all, even in a situation where someone has a gun pointed to his head.

Ryu Seung-ryong has shown various performances until now in "Everything about my Wife", "Masquerade" and "Miracle in Cell No.7" and this time, he is a charismatic action junkie.

Other casts include Lee Jin-uk, Yu Jun-sang and Kim Sung-ryung.
