According to Nielsen Korea, KBS 2TV drama the thirty-eighth episode of "The Wang Family" rated 40.7% on the 5th. This is 4.5% higher than the previous episode and a new record from the one set on the thirty-sixth episode.

"The Wang Family" is being criticized for being too extreme but it's still popular enough to be breaking records every week.

Meanwhile, MBC drama "Give Love Away" rated 12.9%, MBC "Golden Rainbow" rated 12.8%, SBS "The Woman who Married Three Times" 11.6%, KBS 1TV "Jeong Do-jeon" rated 10.7% and SBS "Passionate Love" rated 7.5%.
