Who is director Park Chul-soo?

Director Park Chul-soo who is known for his movies "301, 302" and "Green Chair" died from a car accident.

He died at the age of 65 in a car accident around midnight on the 19th.

Born on the 20th of November, 1948 in Cheong-do, he stepped into the movie industry with "Rain At Night".

He won the Dae Jong Awards, Baek Sang Awards and The Rookie Director Awards right away.

He was active as a drama producer for a while since the 1980s but quit in 1988 and returned to movies.

He created the first digital feature film and first 3D sound movies in Korea and he didn't lose his experimental posture even when he reached his middle ages.

Park was active until recently with "Red Vacance Black Wedding" and "Title for Members Only" for which he was invoted to the Busan International Film Festival.

Meanwhile, Park's funeral is being held at the Seoul Hospital in Bundang and the borne out will be on the 21st.
