Actress Lee Young-ae was offered a role in a new drama.

"Inspector Koo" is the Asian version of "Killing Eve", a female action tracking thriller about a 40-year-old female detective who was a former police officer and currently an incumbent insurance investigator, and a female college student serial killer.
It is helmed by director Lee Jeong-heum and written by Sung Cho-yi from the Korean School of Arts.
Lee Young-ae last starred in the SBS drama "Saimdang: Light's Diary" 4 years ago.
