YG audition heats up netizens

YG Entertainment, which produces top artists including Gummy, Big Bang and 2NE1, announced Thursday that it is holding an open audition. The news excites netizens because the company has had no open auditions during the last six years.
Applicants need to apply online from May 18 to 22 at http://www.yg-audition.com. Those who passed the first round will have on-site performance in Seoul, LA, and New York.
The final nominees will be YG practitioners and prepare their future as artists through systematic training.

YG 는 거미, 빅뱅, 투애니원 등을 차례로 배출한 연애기획사로써 이 회사의 공개오디션은 6년 전 단 한 번 실시됬다.
내달 18일부터 22일까지 열릴 이번 오디션은 온라인 접수로 시작되며, 1차 합격자에 한해 한국과 미국에서 열리는 현장 오디션에 참가할 자격이 주어진다. 참가자들은 가수, 연기자, 프로듀서 등 총 3개 분야에 지원할 수 있다.
최종합격자는 YG엔터테인먼트의 연습생이 되어 체계적인 트레이닝 과정을 거쳐 예비 엔터테이너로서의 역량을 갖추게 된다.
