Yum Jung-ah and Dex Reunite in ENA's "The Defects"

ENA's new Monday-Tuesday drama "The Defects" starring actors Yum Jung-ah, Won Jin-ah, Choi Young-joon, and DEX, will premiere on July 21st.

"The Defects" is an action thriller about children who manage to survive and fight for revenge after being abandoned by their adoptive parents. It is based on the original Kakao Webtoon, which has more than 51 million views.

Yum Jung-ah will play Kim S e-hee, the chairman of a large hospital and the head of a charity foundation, showing her duplicity as the leader of an illegal trading adoption organization. Won Jin-ah will fight for revenge and survival as the leader of a surviving children, as Kim Ah-hyeon, who was refunded after adoption but survived. Choi Young-joon will perform in-depth as Woo Tae-sik, a servant of an illegal trading adoption organization and rescuing and protecting children. DEX will lead the tense development as Jeong Hyeon, a human weapon that Kim Se-hee raised and the de facto operator of the organization.

Actors and actresses stood out at the script reading site, which was released on Wednesday. Yum Jung-ah displayed emotional expressions even in short lines, overwhelming the mood.
