'Descendants of the Sun' PD Lee Eung-bok will leave KBS after all.

According to an insider in entertainment business told BIzEnter on August 26th, "KBS 2TV 'Descendants of the Sun' PD Lee Eung-bok resignation letter has been processed today".

There were rumors going on about his resignation earlier but KBS drama center denied this. Later, it was also known that he would be in charge of tvN's "Guardian: The Lonely and Great God" by writer Kim Eun-sook, but this was also denied at the time.

PD Lee Eung-bok debuted with KBS 'Hometown – Legend of Banned Book', 2009. He later became a star producer after his successful production with "Dream High" series, "Secrets", and 'Descendants of the Sun'.
