'Parasite' Wins Slew of Awards in North America

Director Bong Joon-ho's film "Parasite" has won another slew of awards in North America.

It was chosen as best film at the Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards on Sunday, with Bong being named best director and Song Kang-ho winning best supporting actor.
On the same day, "Parasite" was awarded three gongs -- best picture, best director and best foreign film -- by the Toronto Film Critics Association.
Earlier, the film won best foreign language film from the U.S. National Board of Review.
The film placed third on the New York Times' list of the best movies of this year.
