'Taekwon V' Exhibit Kicks Off in Gyeongju

The "Contemporary Art Meets Nuclear Power - Taekwon V's Search for Nuclear Power" exhibit opened at the Nuclear Power Park in Yangnam-myeon in Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang Province on September 19.
The exhibit, which is being held as a part of the National Museum of Contemporary Art's "Visiting Museum" program, will be held until October 31 and will feature installations and sculptures by 22 leading Korean artists.
The works include the "Robot Taekwon V" series by artist Kim Seok as well as 40 other pieces. "Hwainhoe", a regional art society made up of local citizenry, will also display their artworks during the exhibit period.
