'The Attorney' Hits 10 Million Viewer Mark

"The Attorney" became the ninth Korean film to achieve the 10 million mark in cinema attendance.

Released on Dec. 19, it had attracted a total of 10.16 million moviegoers as of Sunday.
The film, loosely based on former President Roh Moo-hyun, is about a man from a humble background who becomes a successful tax lawyer in Busan in the early 1980s but gives up wealth and reputation to become a human rights lawyer.
Some critics have complained that the film portrays its hero in too rosy a light.
