Bae Yong-joon Weds Actress in Private Ceremony

Korean Wave superstar Bae Yong-joon finally tied the knot on Monday evening when he married actress Park Soo-jin in a private ceremony in front of 150 guests at the Sheraton Walker Hill in Seoul.

Around 200 Japanese fans of Bae cheered on from outside the hotel. The actor's management agency passed out food and drink coupons.

The couple became romantically involved in February after Park signed with the agency run by Bae.

They made their relationship public in May and said at that time they were planning to get married in autumn, but the wedding plans were moved up to July.

They headed to the scenic coastal city of Namhae, South Gyeongsang Province for their honeymoon.
