Big Bang's Daesung buys 30 billion won building in Apgujeong

Big Bang's Daesung is now the owner of a 30 billion won building.

According to real estate sources, Daesung bought a building in Apgujeong, Seoul that has two basement level floors and eight above ground floors. Acquisition cost is 32,430,000,000 won. ($1 USD = ₩1104.97 KRW)

The building's full price is 31,000,000,000 won with acquisition tax of 1,430,000,000.

Daesung invested a deposit of 1,200,000,000 won and a bond amount of 1,700,000,000 won with an equity of 14,000,000,000 won. The building's monthly rent adds up to 90 million won.

Meanwhile, Daesung had a successful solo tour in Japan and Big Bang is holding BIGBANG 2017 CONCERT IN SEOUL on the 30th and 31st of December.
