On the 23rd, MBC's new drama "Motel California" (directed by Jang Joon-ho, Kim Hyung-min-IV, written by Lee Seo-yun) said, "Choi Min-soo has confirmed his appearance in the drama "Motel California", which is scheduled to air in the first half of next year".
"Motel California" a 12-part drama, is a first love remodeling romance drama in which the female protagonist, who was born in a motel in the countryside and grew up there, reunites with her first love in her hometown, where she fled 12 years ago. It is based on the novel "Home, Bitter Home" written by Shim Yoon-seo in 2019.
Choi Min-soo joined "Motel California" following actors Lee Se-young (Ji Kang-hee) and Na In-woo (Cheon Yeon-soo). In the drama, Choi Min-soo plays the role of Ji Cheon-pil, Kang-hee's father and the owner of Motel California. Ji Cheon-pil is a mysterious romanticist with good looks and deep sensitivity. He dreamed of Hotel California but runs Motel California in reality. He is nosy about everything in the world, but he fails to stop his daughter, Kang-hee, from leaving her hometown.
