"Detective K" filming is halfway done

Joseon's top detective is slowly getting there!

Peter Kim, CEO of ChungNyun Films that produces the movie, revealed that filming of "Joseon Detective: Secret of the Alpine Monkshood" (literal title) is halfway done and is now in the final phase of production.

Meanwhile, photoshoot for the teaser posters took place on November 4. The posters will be released within the month.

"Detective K" tells about the adventure of Korea's Sherlock Holmes - Watson duo (Kim Myung-min and Oh Dal-soo, respectively) as they crack a case of a woman who committed suicide. The movie will be released in South Korea on Lunar New Year 2011.
