"The Sound of Magic" is a fantasy music drama about a girl named Yoon Ah-yi who lost her dream, a boy named Na Il-deung who is pressured by a dream and a mysterious magician Ri Eul who suddenly appears one day in front of them.
The main poster released features three main characters in a mysterious atmosphere. An amusement park with no one on a dark night, a merry-go-round and fireworks surrounded by fantastic light, and flying butterflies and bubbles create a dream-like atmosphere. The mysterious magician Ri Eul (Ji Chang-wook) asks himself, "Do you believe in magic?" whenever he faces hardships and Yoon Ah-yi (Choi Sung-eun) and Na Il-deung (Hwang In-youp) look at each other with incredulous expressions.
The teaser trailer, which was then released, begins with the mysterious appearance of magician Ri Eul. A fantasy world opens up to his movement, who casts a spell on the old stage. Ri Eul appears in front of Yoon Ah-yi, a high school student who is in a tough situation, and says, "Do you know what to do when your heart is broken? You just have to say the spell", he said, presenting a magical moment. As the streets of the dark amusement park are colored with light, Yoon Ah-yi, who looks bright, says, "Can I believe you sent me a real magician because I've lived hard enough? I want to be comforted". Na Il-deung, the top student in the school, follows his classmate Yoon Ah-yi to the amusement park and faces a new world through Ri Eul and his magic.
Meanwhile, "The Sound of Magic" will be released on Netflix on May 6th.
