Synopsis
A documentary drama that traces the reality of civil unrest and unaddressed historical issues spanning South Korea's past to present, starting with the Busan–Masan Uprising on October 16, 1979, which ended the Yushin regime, and continuing through the death of Park Chung-hee on October 26, Chun Doo-hwan's military coup on December 12, and Yoon Suk Yeol's civil unrest on December 3, 2024. It explores how military coups and civil unrest were structurally prepared. Furthermore, it tracks the reality of Chun Doo-hwan and Yoon Suk Yeol's elimination of political rivals to thoroughly dissect the process of preparing for civil unrest and tracks down the true nature of their sympathizers. Additionally, it intensively investigates the reality of polarizing new media and forces dividing national opinion, as well as the slush funds accumulated by Chun Doo-hwan and Roh Tae-woo through dictatorial power.
