"Friends 2" Kim Woo-bin, "I gained 9 kg"

Actor Kim Woo-bin gained 9 kg for a movie.

He revealed this truth at the movie conference held on the 11th at the Sky Park in Ulsan.

Kim Woo-bin said, "I had to think about the character Choi Seong-hoon once again because he'd been through a lot I haven't experienced. I thought it'd be better to get bigger".

"Friends 2" is a sequel to the 2001 movie "Friends" which drew in more than 8 million viewers. It's about the lives of three men who existed between 1963 and 2010.

Yu Oh-seong stars in the movie as Joon-seok once again and Joo Jin-mo appears as Lee Cheol-joo, Joon-seok's father and former gangster who used to be famous during the 1960s. Kim Woo-bin is Seong-hoon, Dong-soo's (Jang Dong-gun) hidden son.
