[HanCinema's News] "Bogota: City of the Lost" Given December 31st Release Date

Plus M Entertainment announced on November 25th that "Bogota: City of the Lost" will premiere in South Korean theaters on December 31st. This is the latest possible date that "Bogota: City of the Lost" could be released based on the previously announced release window of the second half of 2024. Plus M Entertainment also released still cuts and an official trailer for the nineties era film noir set in Colombia.

The story deals with a family fleeing South Korea during the IMF crisis and becoming central to black market operations in the titular city. Song Joong-ki plays the leading role, his first since "My Name Is Loh Kiwan" earlier this year, although "Bogota: City of the Lost" was filmed first, finishing its location shooting in Colombia back in 2021. The movie's budget was approximately 15 billion won, or 10.7 million dollars at the present exchange rate.
