According to a press release from Content Panda, "New Normal" will be appearing in international movie theaters soon. The chaotic horror thriller will screen in Indonesia starting on January 10th and Singapore on January 25th. This news follows the domestic release of the film in South Korea on November 8th, which itself followed the 2022 release of "New Normal" on the international festival circuit.

The film's performance has been muted in the South Korean market, only achieving 102,989 admissions as of this writing. But with stars like Choi Ji-woo, Lee Yoo-mi, and Choi Minho in major ensemble roles, international distributors are optimistic that the popularity of these actors can compensate for the film's unusual, artistic subject matter. HanCinema's own Panos Kotzathanasis reviewed "New Normal" last year, and his review can be read here.
