[HanCinema's News] Jung Eui-jae Talks About "The Real Has Come!"

The upcoming weekend drama "The Real Has Come!" stars Baek Jin-hee and Ahn Jae-hyun as a couple entering into a marriage of convenience following the unplanned pregnancy of Baek Jin-hee's character. Jung Eui-jae has a noteworthy role as the second lead. He plays the ex-boyfriend of her character, an investment expert who values his work above all else but begins to question this ethos over the course of the story.

In an interview, Jung Eui-jae described humanistic script as exciting. He went on to mention that in their first meeting, director Han Joon-seo had strong attention to detail, with his explanations doing much to further enrich the work, inspiring passion in Jung Eui-jae and encouraging him to be involved with the project. Jung Eui-jae also admitted to having much in common with his character, who prioritizes doing his job well abve all else.

Jung Eui-jae claimed he could be fierce when it came to turning out a professional level product. When asked to describe his character in a few words, Jung Eui-jae used love, denial, and only look at me as his terms of choice. Jung Eui-jae said that even as love is right in front of his character, he remains in denial about the reason for that love. The phrase "only look at me" is relevant both for its own literal meaning and its use as a famous song lyric.

In regard to viewers, Jung Eui-jae said that he had been working hard to produce a television drama that is worthy of their precious time. Jung Eui-jae also said he was hopeful that there would be much interest in the project. "The Real Has Come!" will begin airing on KBS this coming March 25th.
