The upcoming orchestral drama "Maestra: Strings of Truth" starring Lee Young-ae is moving forward in production with news that Lee Mu-saeng has been cast for the project. Lee Young-ae plays a conductor with a secret who gets involved in a mystery, and is based on the French drama Philharmonia. Lee Mu-saeng will take on the role of Yoo Jeong-jae, the head of a major financial corporation. The role has been described as a leading one, though this description does not clearly match any major character in Philharmonia.

Lee Mu-saeng most recently appeared in "The Glory" as a psychopathic murderer in a role that had been described as a special appearance, though a memorable one. He also had prominent supporting roles in "Thirty Nine" and "Cleaning Up" back in 2022. "Maestra: Strings of Truth" has now been confirmed for tvN, although it is not yet known when the drama will begin airing on South Korean television or in what timeslot.
