[HanCinema's News] Lim Young-woong Purchases Penthouse

According to a May 28th news report, singer Lim Young-woong has purchased a four million dollar penthouse. Apparently the purchase took place this past September 30th. The unit is a special one, and the transaction appears to have been done entirely through a cash payment. The highest priced unit for public listing in the Mecenatpolis Mall is only around two and a half million dollars by way of comparison.

The investigation into Lim Young-woong's living arrangements was prompted by a comment made by singer Haha on a broadcast where he claimed that they live in the same apartment building. The Mecenatpolis Mall is located in the Mapo district of Seoul, and Haha expressed pride in living in that particular region. The Mecenatpolis Mall is more specifically located close to Hapjeong Station, and is a large complex that also has commercial shops in addition to residences.
