Seoul police have released more specific details about Park Han-byul's husband Yoo's dealings with Seungri, and alleged prostitution. They say that, in association with Seungri he contracted seventeen women to assist in entertaining an entourage of between seven and nine Japanese investors.

The entertainment took place at a five star hotel. Not all of the women are believed to have been hired for prostitution purposes, but most of them were. Police have confirmed that they have financial records proving both Seungri and Yoo were involved with the payments, from both the hotel in question as well as Seungri's agency, YG Entertainment.
YG Entertainment is not under investigation at this time. A representative from YG Entertainment stated that, while Seungri used his company card to pay for the services, they assumed it was a personal expense, the purpose of the card being to allow for Seungri's ease of use.
Police have also called into question Seungri's birthday party in the Phillipines in December of 2017. Forty-odd women were known to have received $15,000 at that time, and the services they rendered are unknown. At present legal action against Seungri and Yoo appears to be centered around their solicitation of prostitutions.
