[HanCinema's News] New stills released for "Imitation"

Over the last few days the currently airing KBS drama "Imitation" has released several still images of the idol competition story. Several varied plot points are included, from contract readings, teen romance drama, to the older characters attempting to manage a possible public relations crisis. The scenes in question were featured in the eighth episode of "Imitation" which aired on June 25th, which had ratings of 1.3%.

This is actually a ratings high for the drama, which has largely flown under the radar. "Imitation" has long struggled in the late night Friday timeslot on KBS since it started airing on May 7th. However, with its younger skewing target audience, "Imitation" was never necessarily looking to be a big ratings hit. "Imitation" has at least managed not to lose any viewers over its run suggesting that any issues with the drama are more with the concept than with the execution.
