[HanCinema's News] Rowoon Appears in Photoshoot for Vogue

On May 27th the Japanese branch of the fashion magazine Vogue revealed that they had commissioned a photoshoot of Rowoon for their upcoming July issue. The theme of the photoshoot is, how to love one's self. An interview with the actor and singer will also be featured in the issue. The rather early announcement was prompted by scattered responses on Japanese social media of staffpersons impressed with Rowoon's professional demeanor on set.

Rowoon is popular in Japan due to his appearances in various romantic South Korean dramas, where he's projected a strong image as a leading man. Popular projects of his there include the fantasy high school drama "Extraordinary You" and the office romance "She Would Never Know" as well as "The King's Affection" which was a historical drama. Most recently he appeared "Tomorrow" in the leading role as the rookie of a crisis management team. "Tomorrow" ended on May 21st with ratings of 2.8%.
