[HanCinema's News] Shin Hyun-seung Confirmed for "Adamas"

On May 26th Earnest Entertainment confirmed that Shin Hyun-seung, who is represented by the agency, will appear in the upcoming drama "Adamas" on tvN. While Shin Hyun-seung's name had previously been associated with the project, it was not clear what character if any he would be playing. We now know that Shin Hyun-seung will take on the role of Dong-rim, a disciple of the lead character, the bestselling mystery novelist Woo-sin who is played by Ji Sung.

The core concept of "Adamas" involves Ji Sung playing both leads, who are twin brothers, that attempt to clear the name of their biological father who is accused of murdering their stepfather. Shin Hyun-seung is expected to play more of a comic relief role, with a temperament similar to the rookie actor he plays in "Shooting Star" which is currently airing on tvN. "Adamas" is expected to start airing on tvN sometime this year.
