By William Schwartz | Published on
The latest iteration of the Brand Reputation Report has confirmed that actor Son Sukku, with a regular role in "My Liberation Notes" and another in "The Roundup" as the villain, is the best known South Korean actor of the moment. The big data analysis comes courtesy of the Brand Reputation Index, and was conducted from May 5th to June 5th. The last Brand Reputation Report was only a week ago. Kang Soo-yeon led the previous survey mostly due to her sudden surprising death.

The newer one is thus more appropriate to ongoing trends in the South Korean entertainment industry. The Brand Reputation Report lists Son Sukku as having over 4.3 million references in the surveyed social media. Lee Byung-hun and Shin Min-a of "Our Blues" were in second and third place with over 2.6 million references and 2.4 million references respectively. Overall over 57 million pieces of social media were analyzed to arrive at these conclusions.
