Yoon Seung-ah went on to say that with climate change, real-time fires, and other such natural disasters in the world today she was moved to make a donation to call attention to their efforts. Yoon Seung-ah acknowledged that what she had done was not a sufficient means of expressing the sheer depth of her gratitude. However, she expressed hope that this donation would help communicate how truly thankful she is for the work firefighters do.
Fans were broadly supportive of Yoon Seung-ah's donation. It was not clear what past or present events may have instilled in Yoon Seung-ah such a strong appreciation of firefighters in particular. Yoon Seung-ah is currently expecting a child with her husband Kim Mu-yeol in June. Her last acting project was the film "Lucky Chan-sil" in 2020. She has no confirmed upcoming projects.
