Hong Soo-ah Goes Legal With Keyboard Warriors

Actress Hong Soo-ah is showing response to malicious comments.

Hong Soo-ah's agency Globic Entertainment said in an official press release on the 16th, "We have continued to deal with continuous malicious postings, insulting slander, dissemination of groundless false information, and defamation of character. In response, we are preparing a complaint to the investigative agency through our own monitoring and data from our fans".

The agency has not been conducting legal procedures since it respected Hong Soo-ah's opinion. However, with the recent emergence of indiscriminate malicious comments and slander as a social issue, the agency also said it was forced to make this decision.

"We will continue to file complaints against malicious postings against Hong Soo-ah and her fans, and we will continue to do our best to ensure that malicious postings against our actors are subject to legal action, and will respond more strongly without any leniency or mercy".

Meanwhile, Hong Soo-ah has been busy filming SBS' "Phoenix 2020".
