"Bo-ra! Deborah" is about a dating coach named Deborah who says dating requires strategy and Soo-hyeok, a publishing planner who says dating is about sincerity, creating a romance book. Actors Yoo In-na and Yoon Hyun-min play the roles of Deborah and Lee Soo-hyeok, respectively, while Joo Sang-wook plays Han Sang-jin, a close friend of Lee Soo-hyeok and CEO of a publishing company.

Han Sang-jin, the representative of book publishing company Jinri, is a mannered and sensible character with a warm appearance, who enjoys a light and free-spirited relationship rather than a deep one.
